From walking on the shores of a Scottish island to serving in an English church, studying a Theology degree and helping to plant a church in Portugal - how did he get here?​
My story
Originally from Scotland, I grew up on the Isle of Skye before moving down to England to work with young people as an intern at my church. Over that year, God spoke to me and called me to make this place home.

God released a gift of administration in me through a time of discipleship with my own senior pastor, where he encouraged me to step out in faith and serve in an area I had always seen as 'for other people.' God was preparing me to embark on an incredible journey of serving leaders and building His Kingdom.

Developing a gift
After my internship finished, I started working full time in the local NHS CAMHS team - but over the next few months began to serve more in the Operations team at church, where I took on responsibilities of safeguarding leadership and creating policies. I also stepped up in team leadership within the Creative Team to oversee the band, and began to teach young people music how to serve in God's kingdom.

After nearly 2 years of working in the NHS, I felt God calling me to prioritise ministry over my career. I stepped out of my face-to-face role and took on a remote role within the non-profit sector working in administration. I progressed to become a Business Support Officer & EA in London, which provided me with invaluable experience to become a ministry PA.
Alongside my remote role, I gained experience in supporting our church's Operations Lead to project manage events, plan communications and oversee our database, all whilst studying for my Bachelor's degree in Theology. After studying hard, I graduated in November 2025 with 1st Class honours.​​
Becoming a PA to senior pastors
I had the privilege of taking on the role of PA to my Senior Pastors in 2024 and through this have seen God move in many powerful ways. Most significantly, I have seen God teach me through doing life with my pastors that carrying the responsibilities of full-time ministry can be a heavy load. I saw a need in God's kingdom - right in front of me - for senior leaders to be supported with excellence and advancement so that they are able to focus on what really matters.
As this role has developed, I now give full PA support on travel bookings, communications and calendar management as well as much more. I had the privilege of supporting my pastors from the start to pioneer a brand new church plant in Braga, Portugal in September 2025. This church is now thriving with 125+ attendees on a Sunday, already having seen six baptisms and new salvations every week.
